Okay . . . so we have a bit of a weird situation here. Everyone who intends to vote seems to have done so (thank you, mina-san!), and now we have to have a tie-breaker. While two icons for one place (in this case, second) could perhaps do alright, but three? Too odd for us moderators, so this is what we figured would be best.
